Description
Nos. 103 and 105 Millgate, along with No. 1 King Street, are three houses dating from the early 19th century, which were restored in the late 20th century. They are constructed of brick and feature hipped and gabled pantile roofs. The openings have segmental heads, and the windows are mainly imitation glazing bar sashes. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of three bays across the front.
On the Millgate side, there are two windows, with a smaller window above the entry on the left. Below, there are two windows flanked by single beaded six-panel doors, and to the left, there is a round-headed entry. The right side, which is No. 1 King Street, has a central window flanked by a smaller window on the left and a larger window on the right. Below, there is an off-centre 20th-century door flanked by single windows, with the left window being a glazing bar top-hung casement. The buildings are included for their group value.
