Description
Arundel House is a house dating from approximately 1820 to 1850. It is constructed of stucco over brickwork, with a concealed roof and a brick stack on the left end. The house has three storeys and three windows on the first floor. A first-floor band is topped by three tall, segmental-arched window recesses spanning the first and second floors, each containing a sash window with one pane per sash. The ground floor features two replacement French windows, installed around 1960, with overlights and side-lights. The central entrance has a six-panel door, partly glazed, set between slender pilasters that support a wide fanlight with decorative glazing within plain reveals. The interior has not been inspected. The design is similar to that of No. 88.
