Description

No. 130 Holgate Road is a house built around 1835. It is constructed of brick with some painted stucco details and features a hipped slate roof. The building has two storeys plus an attic and presents a symmetrical two-bay facade. The windows are sash style, adorned with painted rusticated lintels. A single-storey gabled porch enhances the entrance, which includes a six-panel outer door, a fanlight, ornamented bargeboards, and a finial. There are chimneys located on the left side and behind the ridge towards the right. The interior has not been inspected.
