Description
No. 201 Grove Lane is a detached house built in 1824. It is constructed of brick with some stucco and features a hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. The house has three storeys and a stucco basement, with a three-bay façade. A central Greek Doric stucco porch leads to a door set under an elliptical arch, which is adorned with a decorative fanlight. The sash windows are topped with flat, gauged-brick arches; the ground floor windows have been replaced and are larger, each featuring an elliptical arch above. The upper floor windows retain their glazing bars, and there is a sill band at the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
