Description

A pair of semi-detached houses dating to circa 1840, located on Champion Grove, Southwark. The houses are built of stucco and feature a cornice with a parapet above, and a pediment with a semicircular arched fan decoration in the tympanum. They are two storeys high, with two bays each. The outer entrance bay is set slightly back, featuring recent extensions. A prostyle Doric porch is present. The doors have moulded architraves, and the casement windows have horizontal glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
