Description

A pair of semi-detached houses dating from the early 19th century, located on Champion Grove in Southwark. The houses are constructed of stucco and have low-pitched, hipped slate roofs with projecting eaves. Each house has two storeys and one bay, with a two-storey, one-bay entrance extension set back. The doors feature reeded pilasters and cornice heads, and above each ground-floor window is a round-headed, blank niche framed by a moulded architrave. The main windows are square-headed quadripartite casements with horizontal glazing bars. The interior of the houses has not been inspected.
