Description
No. 200 is a house located on Peckham Rye, dating from the early 19th century. It is built of amber brick with stucco dressings and features a blocking course above a dentil cornice. The building has three storeys and a stucco basement, with a three-bay façade. There are steps leading up to a central stucco Ionic porch that has wreaths in the frieze. The ground-floor sash windows, which have margin lights, are adorned with stucco architraves and console bracketed cornices, with the left-hand window also retaining a bracketed sill. The first and second-floor sash windows have flat, gauged-brick arches and glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
