House. c1835-40. Brick with concrete tile roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and 3 bays. The ground-floor windows are casements with geometrical glazing bars and margin panes. The 1st floor windows are sashed. The central Tuscan pilaster doorcase has a modillion cornice. Above the 4-panel door is an overlight with margin panes. The gables are coped and have chimneys.
