Description

The Edgecombe monument is a 17th-century ledger stone located in the churchyard adjacent to the south aisle of the Church of St Peter in Lamerton. It is made of slate and features two central panels surrounded by an inscription and a verse. The monument commemorates Thomas Edgecombe and other family members, with the earliest decipherable date being 1675.
