Cottage. Early C19. Cob with a corrugated iron roof. 2-unit plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. 6/6-pane sash windows at eaves level, central set-back C19 door of uneven planks flanked by small-paned fixed windows. The left return has a flight of steps to a 1st-floor lobby with a 6-panel door facing the road. The right return has a C20 garage to the ground floor and a shallow segmental-curved frame to a 8/8-pane sash to a bow window to the 1st floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
