Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century house located on The Green in Shaldon. The exterior is finished with incised painted stucco, featuring chamfered rusticated pilasters, and has a slate roof that blends with the adjacent properties, with square brick stacks built into the party walls. It follows a double-depth plan. The house is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade of three windows. A Tuscan-style porch with a dentil cornice is at the front, incorporating a semicircular fanlight above a 20th-century door. The windows are late 19th-century plate-glass sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
