Description

Netherley is a house from the mid to late 19th century, located on the south side of The Green in Milburn. The front is finished in incised stucco and features rusticated quoins. It has a Welsh slate roof with brick chimneys at each end. The building has a symmetrical, two-storey, three-bay front with a central panelled door and a semicircular fanlight set in a Tuscan doorcase that has a broken pediment. There is a single sash window on either side of the door and three sash windows above, all framed with stone surrounds. This building is included in the listing for its group value.
