Description

Milburn House is a house likely dating from the early 18th century. It has a pebble-dashed front and sides with rusticated quoins, and an eaves cornice that leads to a plain parapet. The roof is covered with 20th-century concrete tiles, with stone end chimneys. The symmetrical two-story, three-bay front features a central panelled door with a traceried rectangular fanlight in an architrave, and a corniced porch supported by Greek Doric columns. The windows are sash windows in stone surrounds.
