Description

White Cottage is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features painted stucco and a slate roof with two stacks at the rear. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a four-window range. The first floor has 6/6-pane sash windows at eaves level, with the far left window positioned above a narrow flat-arched carriage entrance. The remaining windows are arranged symmetrically in a three-window range, with louvred shutters on the outer first-floor windows. A 20th-century door leads to a trellised porch, which is flanked by 8/8-pane sash windows set in slightly curved frames. The interior has been altered.
