Description

This is a house, likely dating to 1802, although it is believed to have been refronted in the 20th century. The exterior is painted stucco with a slate roof and rendered stacks at the gable ends. It is built on a double-depth plan. The front is symmetrical, with a three-window arrangement. A central six-panel door is framed by reeded pilasters supporting an open pediment, and is topped by a spider-web fanlight. Above the door is a six-pane sash window, and flanking these on both floors are six-pane tripartite sashes. The interior has not been inspected. The house is part of a group of mainly early 19th-century houses around The Green, and is approached by a pebble path laid in a diaper pattern.
