Description
19 Albion Street is a house located in Shaldon, dating from the early 19th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. The exterior features incised stucco and a slate roof. It has a double-depth plan and a late 19th century two-storey rear outshut. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-window arrangement. The windows are late 19th century horned plate-glass sash windows, complete with louvred shutters. The entrance consists of a late 19th century six-panel door with a 20th century mottled overlight, set within an early 19th century doorcase that includes pilasters and an entablature, all beneath a late 19th century shallow solid swept canopy. The interior has not been inspected.
