Description

Exeview is a house built in the early 19th century. It is finished in stucco and has a slate roof, with gables at both ends and end stacks featuring brick shafts. The house has a double depth plan, with a central entrance located between two main front rooms. The exterior is two storeys high and has a symmetrical three-bay front. The entrance features a 19th-century recessed panelled front door, with the top panels being glazed. The windows are 20th-century two-pane sash windows, which are framed by moulded architraves. The interior has not been inspected. Exeview is part of a row of early 19th-century houses on the Strand, most of which have undergone significant alterations in the 20th century.
