Description
Strand House is an early 19th-century house located in Kenton, Starcross. The building is likely constructed of stone, which has been whitewashed and stuccoed, with the roof hidden behind a parapet. It is set back from the road and has a rectangular plan featuring two adjacent front doors, one leading into a passage on the left. The exterior consists of three storeys with an asymmetrical two-bay front that has regular window placement and a corniced parapet. The front doors, located to the left, share a common entablature and are both panelled with rectangular fanlights that include glazing bars. The windows are early 19th-century timber sash windows with 16 panes. The interior has not been inspected.
