House. Early C19. Rendered with a slate roof, gabled at ends; left end stack. Plan: Deep rectangular plan with a narrow street frontage, one room wide, front door to right. Exterior: Similar to Sea Vista, adjoining at the left but with a lower roofline. Asymmetrical 2 bay front with a deep eaves cornice and a C20 front door to the right with an early C19 moulded doorcase and rectangular overlight. 2 storey bow to the left, glazed with C19 sashes, 4-pane to the outer lights, 12-pane to the centre. Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
