House. Probably late C18 or early C19. Rendered; slate roof; stack with rendered shaft. Plan: One room wide, probably double depth. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front, projecting eaves carried on moulded paired brackets. Passage entrance to extreme right. Alongside, to the left a step up to a C20 timber front door. Ground floor window left a tripartite early C19 sash, 12 panes in the centre, 2/2-panes in the outer lights. 2 first floor later C19 or C20 plate glass 4-pane sashes with horns. Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
