Description
This is a house located at 76 High Street in Crediton, likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century. The exterior is rendered with a slate roof and features a right end stack with a rendered brick shaft. The building has a double depth plan, consisting of one room wide. It stands two storeys tall with an asymmetrical front that has one window. To the right, there is a 20th-century timber front door framed by a timber doorcase with panelled reveals. The windows on the ground and first floors, located to the right of the centre, are 16-pane hornless sashes, and there is a similar sash window on the ground floor of the right return. Inside, there is an exposed cross beam in the front room, while the rest of the interior has not been inspected but may contain other interesting features.
