Description
Rosedale is a house from the early 19th century that has undergone some later alterations. It features a rendered exterior and a hipped slate roof with stacks on the sides. The building is three stories tall and has three windows on the front. The ground and first floors have 16-pane sash windows set in raised surrounds, while the central opening is round-headed and contains a panelled and glazed door with a fanlight featuring radial glazing bars. The second floor has 12-pane sashes located under the eaves.
On the left and right sides, there are two windows each, all of which are 16-pane sashes, with 12-pane sashes under the eaves. The left side also includes a French window and a 20th-century light that replaces a sash window. The rear of the house has single-storey additions, with 16-pane sashes on the first floor to the right and left, a two-light casement, and two 20th-century doors leading to a glazed porch and an external stair. There are three 12-pane sashes under the eaves at the rear, along with a 20th-century casement window second from the left. The roof features three hips at the back. The interior has not been inspected.
