Description

The piers, gates, and overthrow at the northeast entrance to the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary date from the 19th century. They are made of limestone and cast and wrought iron. The square limestone piers, which are about one metre high, feature triangular tops. There is a pair of spear-headed railing gates with a horizontal strut, and the twisted wrought iron overthrow is supported by scrolled brackets, featuring a central inset lantern.
