House. Early C19. Rendered, the left return slate-hung. Welsh slate hipped roof. Central entrance/stair hall double depth plan with principal rooms to right overlooking garden and sea views. Entrance front: symmetrical 3-window range; hornless sash windows, 16-pane to 1st floor, 20 to ground; central Greek mutular Doric porch with triglyphs. Moulded cornice. Right return 1:3:1 bays, the centre 3 bays bowed; hornless 12 and 16-pane sashes to 1st floor, 20 pane sashes to ground outer bays; bowed bays with 12-pane windows over French windows with margin panes. INTERIOR: Open stair; panelled doors. Black and white slab floor to entrance hall. This building was previously listed under Hillsborough Road.
