Description
Dolphin Court is a house dating from the 1840s, located on the Riverside in Shaldon. It is constructed of painted stucco with a slate roof, featuring two ridge stacks and a gable end. The building follows a double-depth plan and exhibits a symmetrical facade of seven windows. The upper floor has 6/6-pane sash windows, while the ground floor features French windows with margin panes, with the exception of an 8/12-pane sash window to the inside-right. A central Tuscan prostyle porch, now glazed to the front and sides, provides access, with a 20th-century door. The interior has not been inspected.
