GV II

House. Early C19, remodelled mid C19. Painted incised stucco, slate roof with a tall rendered stack to the right. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; one-window range. Segmental moulded architraves with keystones to mid C19 horned 2/2-pane sash windows; that to the attic in a gabled half-dormer with a terra-cotta finial. The C20 door to the left has a semicircular overlight and a roll-moulded arris. INTERIOR: not inspected. One of a group of early C19 properties in Northumberland Place.
