Description

67 Wolborough Street is a house located in Newton Abbot, originally built in the early 19th century but refronted later. The exterior features painted stucco, with incised detailing on the ground floor, and a steeply-pitched slate roof that includes a gabled dormer and a stack at the rear. The house has a double-depth plan with a rear left wing and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a one-window range. The 19th-century windows are two-light casements, each with three panes per leaf. To the right of the windows, there is a 20th-century six-panel door that is glazed at the top, set beneath a cornice supported by simple consoles. The interior has not been inspected.
