Description

This is a mid-19th century house located on Wolborough Street in Newton Abbot. It is a double-depth plan dwelling with a rear left wing. The exterior is characterised by 20th-century incised rendering and a slate roof, with no visible chimney stacks. The facade has two storeys and a two-window range, featuring plate-glass sash windows with horns. A panelled door is situated to the right, above a heavy concrete lintel. The interior has not been inspected. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings along Wolborough Street.
