Description
This is a house located at 2 Bristle Hill, built in the early 19th century with later alterations. The exterior is rendered and features a slate roof with a brick internal stack. The house has a double-depth plan and is two stories high with a three-window range. A 19th-century part-glazed door is situated on the far left, accessed by two stone steps and topped with a straight hood supported by wrought-iron brackets. There is a carriageway on the far right. In the middle, there is a canted bay window with 19th-century horned sashes that include margin glazing bars and a moulded wood cornice. The first floor has 19th-century horned sash windows with similar glazing. The building has a plinth and a storey band, and the stucco render features incised masonry patterns. The interior has not been inspected.
