It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a slate roof with a brick stack on the left side. The building has a one-unit plan and stands three storeys high, with a single window range. The entrance, located at the far left, consists of a four-panelled, part-glazed door topped with a wooden lintel. To the right of the door is a canted bay window with a flat roof. On the first floor, there is a 16-pane sash window with a flat-arched head, and on the second floor, a 6-pane sash window. A cellar window is positioned to the right of the steps leading to the door.
