Description

This is an early 19th-century house located in the centre of a terrace of three properties. The exterior is painted render over brickwork, with a slate roof and rendered stacks built into the party walls. The house has a double-depth plan, with a rear left wing. It is two storeys and an attic in height, with a symmetrical facade of three windows. A gabled dormer is situated on the left side, with 2/2-pane sash windows in the dormer and 6/6-pane sash windows throughout the rest of the facade. The doorcase features plain pilasters and a frieze, a moulded cornice, and panelled reveals. The door itself is a late 19th-century four-panel design, half-glazed with semicircular-arched upper panes. The interior was not inspected, but it is noted to contain panelled shutters.
