Description

This is a mid-18th century house, which was partly remodelled in the mid-19th century. The front is rendered and the roof is slate, with gable ends. The house likely originally had a two-room plan running the depth of the building, with a central entrance, or possibly a double-depth plan with smaller service rooms at the rear. It was originally heated by stacks at each end. The three-storey front is symmetrical, with three windows. It has raised quoins and contains four-pane sash windows. The central entrance has a raised and fielded panelled door flanked by four-pane sashes. The first floor also has three four-pane sashes, and there are two gabled dormers above. The interior has not been inspected.
