Description

No. 6 Church Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features slate hanging above the ground floor, with a slate roof that has gable ends. The building has a double depth plan with a central entrance. The two main rooms at the front are heated by end stacks, while service rooms are located at the rear. The exterior consists of two storeys and has an almost symmetrical two-window front, with the entrance near the centre flanked by two replacement 20th-century sash windows, with two additional windows above.
