Description

No. 5 College Hill is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is three storeys high and features a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door topped by an ornate traceried overlight set within a Doric case. On either side of the door are 12-pane sash windows, which have flat-arched gauged brick heads. The house has a moulded stone eaves cornice and gable end stacks. To the left, there is an additional bay that is similarly detailed, although the features on the ground floor have been renewed.
