Description

3 College Hill is a building that was originally constructed in the early 18th century and has since been refronted in the 20th century. It is currently used as offices. The structure is made of brick and has a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high with an attic and features a three-window range. The central doorway is set within a moulded architrave and has an entablature supported by console brackets above an overlight. This doorway is flanked by four-pane sash windows in moulded cases. On the first floor, there are shallow oriel bays that extend through the projecting eaves line, and there is a small inserted window above the doorway. The roof includes two gabled dormers.
