Description

17 and 18 College Hill is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from around 1800, though it may have an earlier core. The building is constructed of brick and features a hipped tiled roof that is set back behind a parapet. It stands three storeys high and has a three-window range, with 12-pane sash windows that have flat-arched gauged brick heads, arranged in an irregular pattern. There is a doorway to the left and 4-pane sash windows on the ground floor. The building is topped with a moulded stone eaves cornice and has an axial stack.
