Description

Number 19 College Hill is a house, now used as offices, dating from around 1800. It is constructed of brick with a stuccoed basement and features a Welsh slate roof that is set back behind a parapet. The building has three storeys and a one-window range. On either side of a central 18-pane sash window are two full-height recessed blind arches. To the left of the central window is a doorway framed by an architrave with a traceried overlight and stuccoed voussoirs, with a matching blind archway on the right. There is also a central bow window, which is partially blocked. The parapet eaves are adorned with etched stuccoed panels, and there are gable end stacks.
