Description

No. 16 College Hill is a Grade II listed building in Shrewsbury, originally built as a dwelling around 1800, with a possibility of an earlier core. The structure is made of brick and features a hipped tiled roof that is set back behind a parapet. It stands three storeys tall and has a three-window range, showcasing 12-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads that are irregularly spaced. There is a doorway to the left and four-pane sash windows on the ground floor. The building is adorned with a moulded stone eaves cornice and has an axial stack.
