Brick with hipped tiled roof recessed behind parapet. 3 storeys, 3-window range with 12-pane sashes with flat-arched gauged brick heads, irregularly spaced. Doorway to left, and 4-pane sash windows to ground floor. Moulded stone eaves cornice. Axial stack.
