No. 62 Church Road is a Grade II listed building, originally built as a five-bayed farmhouse in the 18th century, with alterations to its windows made in the early 19th century. The building has two storeys, attics, and cellars, constructed from local red brick. It features a plain tile roof with parapet gables and kneelers, and has end stacks. The exterior includes three gabled dormer windows with horizontal sliding sashes and glazing bars, a range of three hung sash windows with glazing bars, and a single hung sash window located above the central doorway. There is a porch with a modern door flanked by two hung sash windows. Inside, the building contains details from the 19th century.
