Description

This house, now used as offices, was likely built around 1860. It's constructed of red brick with decorative yellow and blue brick detailing, and has a plain tiled roof. The building is two stories high, with a four-window front. The three right-hand bays are advanced, forming the main part of the building. The style is Domestic Gothic. A recessed doorway is set within a moulded archway, flanked on either side by two windows with mullions and a transom, with pointed relieving arches formed of banded brick. Similar windows are found on the first floor. A wide central window bay is topped with a half-hipped gable. A recessed single-window bay is located to the left of the doorway and has a half-hipped dormer window above. Axial and end wall stacks are present.
