Description
This building, located at 11 Northbridge Street, is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the 18th century and was reworked in the mid-19th century. The structure is made of red brick, featuring a later door surround in yellow brick, and has a tiled roof. It has a six-window range across two storeys, with mid-19th century sash windows set beneath flat gauged brick heads. On the first floor, there are three sash windows alternating with blind windows. The doorway is off-centre, located in the fourth bay from the left, and consists of a six-panel door with the top pair glazed. The 19th-century surround includes heavy cornice mouldings. Additionally, there is a moulded brick eaves cornice and bands of flared headers, one situated below the cornice and another at the first-floor level. Red brick integral stacks are present at both gable ends.
