Description

Number 7 College Hill is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is three stories high and features a three-window range. The central doorway is round-arched and has panelled rebates with a moulded architrave. On the ground floor, there are wide four-pane sash windows, while the upper floors have narrower windows with flat-arched heads. The house has a stuccoed cornice at the parapet eaves and gable end stacks.
