Description

Number 45 is a house built around 1815 to 1820, made of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. It has three storeys and a basement, featuring two bays. The first floor has a sill band and a cornice at the top. The windows are fitted with wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The entrance is located in a two-storey porch block on the left side and has a round-headed design. Additionally, there is a stone-coped garden wall with iron railings and stone gate piers.
