Description

Nos. 8 and 9 North View are two houses built around 1815 to 1820. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and have a slate roof. Each house is three storeys high and has a basement, with one bay per house. There is a sill band at the first floor, along with a top frieze and cornice. The windows feature wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The round-headed entrances have moulded jambs and archivolts with keystones, and each entrance is topped with a complete fanlight.
