Description
Nos. 45 and 47 Woolton Street are two houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and three bays. The design includes sill bands, a top cornice, and a blocking course, along with quoins at the corners. The windows have keyed wedge lintels and are primarily sash windows with glazing bars, although some on the second floor are casement windows. The central entrances are round-headed and adorned with architraves, imposts, and reeded friezes, leading to six-panel doors. Above the entrances, the windows also have architraves and friezes with a triglyph at each end, topped with cornices. Notably, the windows above the entrance to no. 47 are blind.
