Description
Numbers 35 and 37 are two houses built around 1815 to 1820, located on Irvine Street. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with two bays. There is a sill band on the first floor and a cornice at the top. The windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars. The round-headed entrances are flanked by angle pilasters and have archivolts with keystones. Number 35 has a six-panel door, while the garden wall includes iron railings. Number 37 is currently derelict, lacking a roof and window frames, but its entrance still features a complete fanlight.
