Description

Number 12 Abercromby Square is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, with a five-bay facade. There are bands at the basement lintel, sill bands, and a top frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows, with glazing bars on the first and second floors. The central entrance is framed by angle pilasters and an entablature, leading to a six-panel door. There is an iron balcony on the first floor and plain iron railings around the area.
