Description
Trelawn is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped slate roof with two brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The central entrance includes a panelled door with a decorative overlight and a doorcase supported by fluted Ionic columns. On either side of the entrance are two sash windows with glazing bars, each three panes wide. The first floor has three similar windows, and all the windows are adorned with stepped keystoned voussoirs. Inside, there are plain 19th-century details, including doors, door frames, ceiling mouldings, and a staircase.
