This building, known as David Taylor Roberts Dental Surgeon, is a house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the 18th century and has undergone later alterations. The exterior is made of regularly coursed ironstone rubble with a tile roof and features brick ridge and end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a four-window range. The ground floor has 20th-century office fronts set within earlier stone window cases. On the first floor, there are four sash windows, two of which have glazing bars. Inside, there is a section of a winder staircase that leads from the first floor to the attic. The building is included for its group value.
