Description

Hunter's Estate Agents is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the 18th century or earlier, with later alterations including a shop front. It is constructed from regularly coursed ironstone rubble and features a steeply pitched slate roof. There is a brick end stack on the right and stone coping on the left. The building has a 2-unit plan and stands two storeys plus an attic, with a two-window range. The ground floor has a wood cased office front with 20th-century doors, while the first floor features two renewed three-light wood casements with wood lintels. A gabled roof dormer is also present. The interior of the ground floor was remodeled in the 20th century.
